Bluewater Shopping Centre is an out-of-town shopping centre outside of London near the M25 motorway.

It is the fifth-largest shopping centre by floor area. It is unique as it is in a chalk quarry pit, which is below the surrounding surface level. Access to the shopping centre is by a single road in the Northeast corner.

It was opened in 1999, with the initial opening days reporting brisk trade and traffic jams on the access road,

However, in spite of competition from the newer shopping centres in the London area – Westfield (Shepard’s Bush). Westfield Stratford City and the internet shopping channels it is holding up well.

The Shopping centre is in a pit below ground level. The only way energy can get down to the shopping centre is via the access road in the Northeast corner of the complex.

In feng shui, there is a 180-year cycle comprising nine 20 year cycles. Each cycle is known as a Period. Each Period has predominant energy coming from a particular direction.

Period 8 is from 2004 to 2024. The predominant energy comes from the Northeast.

The way to enter the Shopping Centre is from the Northeast, and I would expect the Bluewater Shopping centre to do exceptionally well in this Period.

However, there would be a gradual decline after 2025, and by 2030, it would be a nominal number of visitors.
