These are some of the methods that I use to improve the result.
1. Removing Negative Memories
One of the most difficult issues to solve in the field of personal development is the removal of negative memories.
Negative memories have the ability to creep up and dominate your thoughts. After that, it involves turning your emotion negative and you getting angry. You then make irrational decisions. This can affect your life and your relationships with others. You then acquire a negative mindset which will slow or even halts your progress in life.
The other characteristic of negative thoughts – your mind keeps on going back to these negative thoughts. Replaying the events again and again. It not only reoccupies your mind with thoughts that are in your past but more importantly, you cannot change them. There is nothing you can do about it. Secondly, you could be thinking of more productive thoughts like new strategies or products in that time instead of thinking about the negative past.
I have had PTSD and have tried various treatments over a number of years. It was like going through the circuit with other people who were in a similar situation. Eventually, I found a practitioner who, using IEMT (integral Eye Movement Therapy) was able to remove the re-occurrence of these negative thoughts.
It was a short initial session was short, and it only involved the movement of the eyes. The severity of the negative thoughts is graded objectively. So, the practitioner can have feedback of the progress of the session as the scores for the severity decrease.
A follow-up session to check on the progress was made.
To date, I have not any serious recollections of the negative thoughts together with their emotional consequence.
Secondly, I have met clients who have been to numerous self-improvement courses but still struggle to get a really positive mindset. They find the negative influences intruding into their thoughts which makes a positive mindset difficult.
How can this be remedied?

There are very few effective methods that are able to remove these negative thoughts and emotions. There are professional services like talking therapies or CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I have spent time researching this and found very few effective methods. I have found one that is effective and quick.
The results are quantitative, so the client knows whether it is working.
The clients know the effectiveness of the therapy as they themselves report on their own progress of the removal of the negative memory.
Having negative memories dominate your life is very dangerous and insidious. Secondly, it is very difficult to remove it and hence, in my opinion, there is very little information on this.
Being negative and bringing hate to others is very dangerous behaviour. I learned this in school.
There was a classroom demonstration on negativity. The teacher put two plants on either side of the room. One was for positivity, and the other was for negativity.
The teacher encouraged the students to go to the plant for positivity and give positive words and praises to the plant. For the other plant, give negative and unpleasant words.
The result was no surprise.
The plant which was given praise blossomed.
The plant, which was given negative comments, withered away and died.
If this can happen to a plant, think of its effect on humans, be it consciously or subconsciously.
