Consultation:

I help people and businesses using the time-honoured skills developed over the ages in the practice of Traditional Feng Shui.

In the consultation, I can make alterations to the property so that it is in harmony with the natural flow of energy in the environment using the methods of traditional feng shui.

Alternatively, it could be a property search or helping in making plans for renovation, extension or a new build.

Feng Shui Aspects of London

London has been a thriving trading post since the Roman times some 2,000 years ago. There has been a continuous settlement on the banks of the River Thames. It has grown to become both a capital city of the UK and also a world-leading business and trading centre.

History has shown that London has always been a cosmopolitan city with people from all over the world living and settling.

London encompasses about 600 square miles (1,583 sq km) with a population of about 8 million.

Technical Aspects of Feng Shui

For any property or city to prosper, there has to be a constant accumulation of energy on the site. For the accumulation to occur, the inflow of energy has to be greater than the outflow.

London is in a basin with hills surrounding the hinterland. This prevents the energy from leaking out. It is very much like a saucer with raised edges. The River Thames provides the constant flow of energy with the continuous flow of river water.

The main outflow of energy is the exit of water from the mouth of the River Thames.

Most prosperous parts of the city are around the bends of the River Thames.

London – As a World Leader

There are major departmental stores – Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and John Lewis. Of course, Primark is a much-frequented store for fast fashion. There are also the Westfield shopping Centres in Shepard Bush and Stratford.

London has the most 5 Star hotels (75) and the 6th most Michelin-starred Restaurants in the world.

London is also a top tourist destination, with about 21 million visitors annually. There are many attractions like the Tower of London, built in the 11th Century, Buckingham Palace, The Museums, the London Eye, and so much more.

Residential Areas

Property prices in the centre of London are incredibly high – these include areas like Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington and adjoining areas.

Most of London’s population lives in the surrounding suburban areas. London has seen a shift of development westward. In the 1930s, large areas of the Western areas were developed with the introduction of commuter train services.

In the past 30 years, there have been many residential developments by the River – Docklands, Battersea/Nine Elms, Vauxhall etc.
