Where is Feng Shui from?

Feng Shui originated in China. Its practise has spread to the neighbouring countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and other Asian Countries.
The knowledge that has spread to the West (in books, internet, teachings) are mainly from Hong Kong and not China or Taiwan.
The Masters from the Imperial Court in Beijing moved to the island of Taiwan after the Communist takeover of China in 1949.
Many of the practising Masters of Feng Shui in Taiwan have their lineages going back centuries in mainland China. They practise Traditional Feng Shui.
The knowledge of Feng Shui in mainland China is from Hong Kong and the Western Nations.
