Thank you for your comment. For the Shell building, unfortunately, there are no cures on this scale. These are really large structures.

Hi Michael,

We are considering a location for our first venture of a cafe. The space is at the ground floor corner unit with mezzanine. The space entrance is a glass door but cuts on the corner of the space creating a triangle at the entrance before entering the grd flr area. Another observation is that there is a few steps from the road to get to the entrance of the unit.

Does this encourage good energy for our business?
