Why is this hotel doing so well? What is the feng shui of this hotel like?

Feng Shui is about the flow of the energy in the environment to the property. Secondly, it is about the retention of this energy within the building. With the energy within the building,

There are 2 sources of energy.

a. From the Sarawak river. The flow of the water is towards the building. This flow brings the energy.

b. From the hill. This energy flows downhill through the entrance and into the building. This downhill energy goes to the furthest end of the Ground Floor and this so happens to be the coffee shop. This outlet does wonderful business; it is always busy.

Opinion:
It would be extremely difficult for the 2 other hotels (Pullman or Four Points) to better the Hilton in terms of occupancy or profitability. In my opinion, should there be a change, it would be more likely for the Hilton to make a mistake like, not maintaining the Hotel to the expected standard which could deter new clients. But I know, I keep returning to this hotel irrespective of the condition of the interiors.
