This is exceeded only by the Apple Store in Regent Street of about £2,000 per sq ft per year. What is so special about TopShop in Oxford Circus to reach this sales figure?

There are 4 shops that surround Oxford Circus.

A = H&M
B=TopShop
C=Benetton
D=Tezenis

There are 2 flows of energy to Oxford Circus. One from the West (from Hyde Park) and this energy will hit the entrances on the East side – Shops B (TopShop) and Shops D (Tezenis).

The other energy flow is from the North (from Regents Park) and the energy will hit the entrances on the South side – Shop C (Benetton) and Shop D (Tezenis).

From this analysis, Shop D would be getting the most energy; from 2 different sources and would therefore, be doing the best.

If you look at the buildings, A (H&M), C (Benetton) and D (Tezenis) are just shops with one main entrance facing Oxford Circus. Whereas, TopShop is an entire building occupying a “block”.

The TopShop building has the main entrance (facing Oxford Circus) facing South-west . There are entrances on the East, South and West sides. This building has the following characteristics which make it very auspicious.

· The combination of Doors in the South and East directions.
· The Main door (facing South-west) receives energy from the West. This energy from the West, is about young ladies spending money.

These combinations contribute to TopShop in Oxford Circus getting the high sales per sq ft.

a. The branding of TopShop works – it has about 400 stores in more than 20 countries. There is constant innovation like using Kate Moss for her celebrity collection. Their products sell.

b. But is sells so well in the Oxford Street location – The building has an extremely good combination of doors and it is getting the right type of energy for the business. It is about young ladies spending their money on up-to-date fashions at TopShop.
