Is this property suitable for House Hunting Hanna? -3
04 Diary of a Feng Shui Consultant – house buying = House 2
This diary will follow Hanna who is looking for 2 properties – one as her main residence and the other for a buy-to-let investment. Hanna has sold her home and she is currently staying in a rented property.
The main purpose is to assist Hanna decide whether
a – Is the property suitable to be her main residence?
b – As investment property, will it be able to hold the asking rent, be able to get tenants easily without having any void periods (ie Landlord friendly).
I will be using feng shui techniques to get the insights of the property.
One of 2 single level properties, adjoining a larger property but in a small secluded area with ample off-street parking facilities. On the left side of the property (dragon side) when you look out of the front door, there is a taller, 2 level building. This side (dragon) is the male side, indicating stronger masculine energy in the property.
Energy in the property is “masculine”.
a. If your energy is masculine, you will be comfortable here and your behaviour will be in keeping with masculine energy in this property.
b. If you live here but do not have the this masculine energy, you will feel uncomfortable here. But, the longer you live here, you will adapt to this energy and your behaviour will appear more masculine.
Main residence: Suitable accommodation. Regular shaped property a moderate amount of energy.
Investment property: It would be quite a desirable property for tenants.
Hanna: This property has been on the market for quite sometime and the asking price is way out of line with the current market conditions. He would not budge an inch on the price. Therefore, it could not be viable as an investment property.
Michael: By not yielding to changes can be considered a very masculine behaviour.
